🚀 Chat App Updates

We've added a mandatory popup that all users must accept before using the chat:

• New users see the popup immediately upon joining
• Existing users will see it once after updating
• Users must click "Accept" to continue using the chat
• Popup can be reviewed later through the settings menu
• Improved community safety and awareness

Messages are now cached in browser's local storage to prevent complete loss during server restarts:

• Last 200 messages are stored in browser's local storage
• Messages persist even if server restarts
• When reconnecting, messages are restored from local storage
• New messages from server replace the oldest cached messages
• Storage is automatically cleared if unused for 30 days
• Users can manually clear chat history from settings

🐞 Fixed Issues:

• Fixed complete message loss when server restarted
• Resolved occasional duplicate messages during restoration
• Fixed timestamp display issues with restored messages

We've added the ability to upload and share files directly in the chat:

• Click the upload button to select files from your device
• Supported file types: PDF, images, documents, and more
• Click "Download" to save files to your device
• Right-click "Download" and "Open in new tab" to preview files (for images and PDFs)
• File size limit: 10MB per file
• Progress indicator shows upload status
• File type icons help identify content at a glance

• Notification bell moved from top to beside admin login button
• More compact notification bell icon (40px → 30px)
• Adjusted send button width for better proportion
• Optimized message input field width
• Improved username input field spacing
• Admin login button now has consistent styling
• All interactive elements have better hover states
